This session offers a top-to-bottom look at you and how your system is currently functioning — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Together, we identify where things are disrupted, overloaded, depleted, or stalled, and where support is most needed right now.


From there, we clarify next steps that support stability, regulation, and forward movement, whether through bodywork, nervous system care, nutrition and wellness support, or deeper ongoing work.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your Sanctuary Reset is a 75-minute restorative intake and healing session designed to help your system unclench, settle, and return to yourself.


Here’s what your visit includes:


  A Gentle Welcome


We begin by slowing your system down. You’ll be invited to sit, breathe, and arrive. No performance. No pressure. Just space to be seen & Heard.


 A Guided Conversation 


We talk about what’s happening in your body, your life, & your nervous system. 

This is not therapy. It’s a reading of your field — how stress, pain, exhaustion, or emotional overwhelm are showing up in your body and energy.


  Clearing What is Not You


I remove the first layers of buildup — the tension, survival adrenaline, emotional backlog, and energetic debris that keep your system tight and reactive.
You may stay clothed if that is more comfortable. This work is gentle, deep, noninvasive, and trauma-informed.


 Rebalancing the System


Once the excess load is cleared, your field can reset.
This includes breath work, energy balancing, fascia unwinding, nervous system stabilization, and deep restorative support.


  Your Path Forward


After your system settles, I will tell you clearly what I see — where you are on the Sanctuary Path, what stage of healing you’re in, and what type of support will serve you best.

Is this therapy?


No. This work is not psychotherapy, though it may feel therapeutic.

Therapy is essential for understanding your story — your history, relationships, and patterns — and many people I work with have already done meaningful therapy.


My work focuses on what comes next.


I work at the level of the body, nervous system, identity, and life structure, helping you move beyond trauma-based patterns so you can actually live what you know.

This is about integration, embodiment, and forward movement — not analysis alone.

How is this different from coaching?

Coaching often focuses on goals, mindset, or performance. My work begins before goals are possible — at the level where trauma, collapse, or dysregulation may be preventing your system from holding momentum, clarity, or consistency. 


We work with:


  • the body and nervous system  
  • relational and emotional triggers  
  • bio-energetic and somatic patterns  
  • real-life decision-making and integration  


This ensures that what you build is sustainable, not forced.

Is this bodywork or yoga therapy?

It can include elements of both, but it is not limited to either.

I draw from over 30 years of experience in:


  • holistic health and nutrition
     
  • over 40 modalities in body-based healing
     
  • 30 years of yoga therapy and movement awareness
     
  • Eastern and Western wellness systems
     

The focus is not on techniques, but on removing blocks in the body so your system can come online as a whole.

What does “holistic” mean in this work?

Holistic means built in whole parts, not fragmented or manufactured solutions.

This work is:


  • bio-individual (specific to you)  
  • integrative (body, mind, and spirit in co-union)  
  • practical (meant to be lived, not idealized)  
  • ethical (grounded in responsibility and choice)  


Whole foods. Whole conversations. Whole truths. Whole practices.Not what I do for you — what you learn to do for yourself.

What actually happens in a session?

Sessions are tailored to the individual. 

Depending on your needs, sessions may include:


  • identifying where trauma lives in the body  
  • recognizing triggers and relational patterns  
  • somatic awareness and regulation  
  • reframing identity from survival to choice  
  • learning tools for the next step on your path  


There is no one-size-fits-all process. This work is about building a life that fits you, not fitting you into a model.

  • in an acute mental health crisis requiring emergency or psychiatric care  


When appropriate, this work can complement therapy & medical support at any level.
